Please also bring along at least one fun chapter activity idea written down (such as games, outing idea, crafty idea etc.), and we’ll collect them up and publish them in a little booklet that Queens can download as a reference for future activity planning!

If you have an agenda topic you’d like to add to the list to discuss, you can add it to your booking form and we’ll make sure we cover it.

The Red Earth Room is a small building in the park near the Mooroolbark Community Centre.  There are a few parking spots right outside, there is also parking at the Community Centre and at the Coles Carpark.  For those coming by train, it’s an easy 5-10min walk from the Mooroolbark Train Station.

Manna Lane Cafe is just a short walk for those who would like to buy lunch from there instead of bringing their own.  There is also a Coles supermarket.

Optional Dinner
Let us know if you are interested in an optional dinner at the Ringwood RSL that would be open to all Hatters.  This is located opposite the Ringwood Train Station, so is also very easy to get to.

This would be booking tables in their bistro, with each person buying their own meal on the night – so that everyone can choose something for their budget and tastes. Which will be a maximum of 30 seats, as that’s the maximum booking size.

We can have this on either the Monday night of the Queen’s Council event, or on the Sunday night before – depending on which is more popular. Or potentially both if we have too many people interested and need to split the nights. Note that senior’s meals are NOT available on the Sunday night, but they are on the Monday night.
