We have several different types of business cards you can download to use to help promote your chapter. Designed with different ways you can use them, depending on your access to being able to print your own or if you’re using a business card printing service.
If you do not have access to a home printer (or don’t want to waste ink), you can save the printable file onto a flashdrive and take it to Officeworks and use their self service photocopiers, or have them print the files for you. If you choose to have them print for you, it should be possible for them to print the cards onto cardstock.
We have 4 options for you:
Option #1 Fill out (word doc) then print
Use this if you can open the .doc file on your computer/laptop and fill out the details in the file, then print (either at home or at officeworks).

Download these business cards as a word file (.docx) with text boxes provided for you to add your own details. Fill out all the spaces before you print. You can adjust or add text boxes to further customise them.
High Colour version
Good for printing at officeworks or if you’re happy to use more ink. Prints as a single page with a single design, 10 cards to a page. (Simply cut alone the lines after printing) ~ Download High Colour (.docx)
Low-colour version
Good for printing at home if you’re concerned with wasting ink!

If you would prefer to change the card designs – you can simply edit the file to replace the images.
The easiest way to do that is to download the image you want to use (The card images are all available below), then click the corner of the image to replace, go to “Insert” then “image” – then find the image you want to use, and it will replace the image.
Option #2 Print blank then handwrite
Use this option if you can’t open the .doc file. You will print the sheet of blank cards, then handwrite in the details onto the cards after printing.

If you can’t add the details before printing, you can simply print this set of blank cards and write your details in the spaces after you print.

Option #3 For Professional Printing
If you’re a bit tech savvy you can use this option of fancy blank card images, imported into a business card printing service (such as Vistaprint, who have great quality cheap business cards)

You can download the blank card images for using at a business card printing service (such as Vistaprint) – Where you can upload the image design for the card you want, and then use their editor to add the text fields for the information you’d like to add.
To use the card image, upload the image you want to use, and drag it to cover the blank card. The online template should provide a dotted line about 1/2 a centimeter from the edge, called a “safety area” or the “bleed zone” – which is an area of the design you should NOT place anything on, as this area may be trimmed off when the cards are made. So make sure that all your design elements are inside that area.
Some online templates will automatically mark for you where the centre of the card is (shown in the image above with the green lines), which helps you balance the position of the elements. You can then add text boxes and even other images into the card design to personalise it however you like.
