Hi I am Baroness Poppi. I joined Hobart Scarlett O'Hatters (cos frankly m'dear we don't give a damn) in November 2005. My first outing was a Cocktail Party at Drysdale House. I was Queen Poppi from 2013 -2018. I love being a Scarlett O'Hatter. the first convention I attended was Swan into Perth, since then I have been to, Norfolk Island, Caloundra, Geelong, Toowoomba. Bendigo, Adelaide and Dubbo.
